Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. FF(X) program management of Machinery Control & Combat Systems. Manage/Program Lead for Machinery Control and Combat Systems. Primarily interfaces with internal customers to include Supply Chain, Sub Contracts Administration, Engineering, and Operations. Secondarily interfacing with external customer United States Navy. Responsible for the overall success of Machinery Control Systems integration into the FF(X) Class Platform from purchase order awards to shipboard test sell off to USN customer.
