About The Position

Q2 Management Inc is a provider of Quality Inspection and Containment services to the automotive OEM supply chain. With branches supporting the United States and Canada, Q2 Management delivers benchmark service standards supported by our industry leading Quality Inspection Management System InspeQ Tech®. Position Summary: This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness at their designated client site(s). Project Leaders accept Ownership of and responsibility for the overall success of every project assigned, from start to finish, and across every shift. As a central point of contact, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers. Safety , our first Quality Key, is our top priority in our service delivery.

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

  • Actively train and Empower Shift Leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned team members
  • Encourage decision-making, guide team members, and validate outcomes
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, promoting a culture of Honesty , integrity and trustworthiness
  • Address conflicts and performance issues promptly and professionally, encouraging Transparent communication and resolution
  • Perform and assist with customer investigations and develop solutions through continuous improvement methodology
  • Demonstrate Care through quality service and clear communications to new and existing customers
  • Foster a safe and inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with Care
  • Support the development of team members through training, mentorship and Honest feedback
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to company values, vision, and quality keys
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple quality inspection projects and sites simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality inspection work instructions, ensuring consistent and accurate process specifications
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to shift performance, ensuring accountability and Ownership
