About The Position

Project Leader Locations: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. PLEASE NOTE: This position is not eligible for current or future VISA sponsorship. The Project Leader is responsible for developing project plans and leading small projects to completion. How you will make an Impact: Assists with and communicates progress, issues, and barriers, to internal stakeholders. Conducts periodic status meetings. Conducts root cause analysis of processes and issues, identifies and makes recommendations for improvements, and develops documentation. Researches, compiles, extrapolates and validates data used to help forecast business needs and work flows, and/or resolve quality and other operational issues. Assists in managing project scope to ensure business needs are met and the project scope is delivered, identifying, documenting and raising requests for changes from original specifications. Communicate plans, status, and issues within the team, group, or project, including both IT and business members and management. Has basic understanding of project management methodology, tools & processes and able to apply to small projects.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
