The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational projects. Manage smaller projects independently and support larger, cross-functional initiatives under the guidance of senior project managers. Assist project managers and business leaders in developing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and identifying areas of potential risk to project plan. Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating potential issues early and offering recommendations. Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports to ensure visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision making. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, capturing key decisions and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Demonstrate technical awareness by understanding the interconnection between people, process, and technology in each project. Serve as a neutral and organized facilitator, able to ask insightful questions, connect dots across workstreams, and influence outcomes without formal authority. Support continuous improvement in project processes and tools. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated track record of organizing cross-functional teams to achieve goals within defined timeframes.
  • Understanding of people, process, and technology integration in organizational initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Visio or MS Project).

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) preferred or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Some demonstrated history of project management execution, showing curiosity and growth mindset toward developing into a certified project manager.
