About The Position

Provide end‑to-end oversight of technology and business projects to ensure successful, on‑time delivery within defined scope. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to translate business priorities into clear objectives, structured plans, measurable milestones, and effective risk and resource management.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance from senior delivery leadership.
  • Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Zoom).
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3 years of experience supporting or leading project or initiative delivery.
  • 3 years of experience working in Technology environments and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Exposure to vendor coordination or third-party delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of moderate to large initiatives by coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members to understand objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Assist in translating business goals into delivery plans, milestones, and task dependencies.
  • Facilitate team coordination and collaboration to maintain momentum and alignment.
  • Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns as needed.
  • Participate in or facilitate agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Help identify and remove delivery impediments by working with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain delivery artifacts and documentation in alignment with PMO standards and practices.
  • Provide clear and timely updates on initiative progress to delivery leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve execution efficiency.
