About The Position

The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce -based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization .

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 + years of experience serving as a Project Manager in a regulated and compliant environment
• Agile methodologies, Project Management, Risk Management, Communication, Stakeholder Management

• PMP Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage/administer technical instances
• Assist with project management and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance in the system
• Manage h elpdesk, mentors staff, serves as primary contac t to the federal DoD customer PMO
• Handle reporting, communication, document reviews, meeting support, and assists with policy creation
• Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, teams , and government; acts as on-site point of contact
• Ensure performance of required work and services, maintaining regular communication with Project Manager
• Oversee software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, providing development support
• Perform Tier 3 testing, create test cases, support solutioning, and possess strong r ecruiting knowledge
