About The Position

Project Knowledge Manager Key Role: Lead the continued development and execution of the Navy Program Management Office’s (PMO) Atlassian and M365-based knowledge management processes and digital tools. Plan, collaborate, implement, refine, monitor, and sustain knowledge management processes to provide the PMO with a lean KM solution at various levels of classification. Seek opportunities to develop and incorporate new efficiencies using advanced digital KM tools across government and 3rd performers. Maintain data, information, and reporting components for program functional areas. Lead development and execution of knowledge management training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a classified-material Knowledge Management Lead within the DoD
  • Experience in Atlassian Confluence and Jira
  • Experience with MS SharePoint and non-SharePoint web-based solutions for information sharing
  • Experience with database management, information architecture, programming, software applications, and workflows, and with data query and analysis using relational databases and query languages, within a secure environment
  • Knowledge of planning and coordinating the life cycle of organizational data, including record keeping and information management
  • Knowledge of information security (INFOSEC) and INFOSEC risk analysis, management, and mitigation
  • Knowledge of DoD records management policies, data governance, and information assurance requirements
  • Ability to independently spearhead the design, implementation, and execution of a knowledge management plan
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and within multiple levels of classification
  • Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate, Tableau, Alteryx, or other software to create and automate workflows, visualizations, and analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery
  • Ability to perform business data analysis
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • CKM Certification
