To be considered for this outstanding Summer Internship, you must be at least a Junior in college with Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business, Project Management, or Design Thinking Role Information: Summer Internship June 1st to August 14th, 2026 In person in the Philadelphia, Whippany or East Brunswick Withum Office with open to hybrid on certain days Full Time 40 hours a week
Requirements
- Passionate about innovation and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least a Junior in college; Corporate Innovation or Business majors preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience analyzing financial data
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodology, prototyping tools, and data visualization tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the innovation team with researching, designing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions for various business challenges.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, hackathons, and other events that foster a culture of innovation.
- Support the innovation team with data analysis, documentation, presentation, and communication of the project outcomes and impacts.
- Contribute to the innovation team’s blog, newsletter, social media, and other channels to showcase the team’s work and achievements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the innovation team manager or mentor.
