About The Position

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Project Information Specialist for employment in the Conshohocken, PA office. This position would support the Environmental business line, primarily working on Federal projects. This position may require occasional travel to project sites or community meetings. The role is primarily office-based but involves regular interaction with field teams, clients, and community stakeholders. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Work effectively with project teams, clients, and all other stakeholders Coordinate work schedules with AECOM staff and subcontractors Flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, and commitment to workplace health and safety Process and index documents into databases or enterprise content management systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in document tracking and management systems. Maintain and update intricate database systems tracking thousands of properties, including homes, businesses, and other facilities. Assist project management teams in state and federal contract projects, particularly those involving safe drinking water initiatives. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including government clients, through presentations and status reports. Lead community outreach efforts related to drinking water sampling and the provision of bottled water. Support residents in navigating processes related to PFAS-contaminated well water, including accepting federal funding for bottled water and transitioning to municipal water systems. Host weekly PowerPoint presentations for U.S. government clients, delivering project updates and addressing inquiries. Act as a liaison between project teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Orient, train, assign, and review the work of lower-level employees. Serve as a resource for resolving problems and issues within the team.

Requirements

  • BA/BS AND + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.
  • Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve most issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, team members, and community stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with database systems for tracking property details. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations.
