About The Position

We are seeking a Project Information Specialist to support complex, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure and rail projects. This role focuses on managing project documentation, information systems, reporting, and coordination across engineering, construction, and client stakeholders Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with contractual requirements, Ensure document QA/QC, version control, metadata accuracy, and compliance with naming conventions and client standards. Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distributions across internal teams and external partners. Support change management activities by maintaining logs, tracking impacts, and supporting reporting needs. Coordinate with design leads to support specification development in alignment with CSI frameworks. Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary work packages to ensure timely information flow and alignment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS and four years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project information management, document control, project controls, or engineering support roles on infrastructure, rail, or capital projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project documentation and reporting in large, regulated project environments.
  • Understanding of project delivery processes, schedules, and cost tracking interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Microsoft Project preferred.
