About The Position
The role The Houston office of Clifford Chance seeks finance focused attorneys who have experience in the following areas: US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects US tax equity financings of energy and energy transition projects Construction to back-leverage financing; experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits, is a plus
Requirements
- The candidate should have substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Admission to the Texas bar is required.
- Preferred class years are 2022-2018.
