About The Position

NextEra Energy is seeking a practiced attorney to join its finance legal team with experience in project and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, non-recourse portfolio financings, tax equity transactions, mezzanine financings, restructurings, and capital markets transactions. This position will provide legal support primarily related to complex renewables portfolio financings, including project financings, joint venture structured equity transactions, and tax equity transactions, and potentially corporate financings, and play an integral role in drafting, negotiating, and providing transactional assistance to internal clients.

Requirements

• Member in Good Standing of State Bar
• High School Grad / GED
• Juris Doctorate
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 2+ years
