About The Position

Coates Field Service, Inc. seeks a full-time in-office Project Finance Analyst to provide finance and accounting support to our Project Accounting Group. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a motivated “can-do” attitude to support our operations team. Requirements

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Prefer 1 to 3 years related project finance / accounting experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP Software or other project-based systems is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze project financial estimates. Monitor and report actuals to project estimates.
  • Responsible for project set up in the project management and ERP systems.
  • Communicate project spend authorizations with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts for clients.
  • Manage reporting of project spend, burn rates, and ratios as needed.
  • Coordinate project information sharing with stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure project control so that information is properly captured, reported and disseminated to stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
