About The Position

MetroGreenscape, Inc . is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Field Assistant to support our Project Managers in our Charlotte, NC office. This position offers a career growth opportunity and reports to the Senior Project Manager. We don’t just build pools; we create transformative outdoor environments with our award-winning designs. What You’ll Do: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day job site tasks Pick up and deliver materials to job sites Help maintain clean, organized job sites Support crews with light labor (planting, pavers, drainage, etc.) Communicate updates and take job site photos Ensure tools and materials are available on job sites as needed Maintain detailed daily logs of job site progress and incidents and take photos to assist the Project Managers. Perform basic tasks such as job site cleanup (sweeping, debris removal), light demolition, or assisting crews with specific installation. Assist with planning, opening/closing the job site, and coordinating job site preparation for final client walk-throughs. Requirements

2 years minimum of pool construction and hardscaping experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
Ability to take photos on a cell phone and use a mobile application with training
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work some overtime
