About The Position

Parsons is seeking an experienced, well-rounded individual to serve as Field Office Administrator to division level leadership teams at a federal government location in Las Vegas, NV. Duties will include: Provides dedicated executive level support to leadership. Works closely with the front office support staff to ensure that all calendar engagements are posted accurately and in a timely fashion. Provides Travel System support to leadership on government travel related matters including preparation of travel authorizations, vouchers and travel payment matters. Coordinate and Schedules meetings for the leadership and visiting officials Attend meetings, take, prepare and issue meeting minutes to stakeholders. Ensures submitted documents clearly identify their intended purpose, represent a completed product, and have been reviewed by or coordinated with all departments having responsibility for, or special expertise in, the matter being addressed. Stewards and addresses project materials, ensuring that proper handling, safekeeping and retention procedures are met. Coordinates, liaises, and collaborates with stakeholders to gain up-to-date information pertaining to the issue at hand. Establishes, coordinates and manages systems to oversee the workflow and retention of all written, printed and electronic communications to include internal memoranda and decision documents addressed to the leadership and stakeholders. Administers an automated tracking system for the flow and retention of incoming and outgoing executive correspondence and project documentation. This position requires US citizenship while working in support of a federal government contract.

Requirements

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience in areas noted above.
  • Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) as well as with Sharepoint.
  • This position requires US citizenship while working in support of a federal government contract.
