About The Position

Project Executive (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; New York, NY): Manage renovation, design, and new build projects valued at $25m-$500m. Assist in the preparation of all client and consultant contracts in consultation with the Regional Leader. Leverage an existing portfolio of potential client contacts to create new opportunities. Manage client relationships, conflicting priorities and business interests. Monitor profitability of projects including utilization and contract value. Communicate clients’ goals, constraints, and priorities to the project team via a project plan. Monitor performance, providing training and development to staff in the creation of branded deliverables including schedules, budgets, scope, risk register and team management to meet client’s goals and objectives. Review designs for adherence to client expectation, including scope, schedule and budgetary constraints. Structure workflow for the timely review and approval of all client invoices, project invoices and payment requests. Present schedules, budget, scope and risk register activities to client leadership, including C-suite. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.
  • Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience with the following: Leading project teams and managing design and engineering related projects; Design and construction of building expansion or renovation projects for the healthcare sector; Analyzing and managing project budgets, schedules, and risks; Preconstruction and project development processes and requirements; Reviewing design contracts for build requirements, and performing contract negotiations.
