About The Position

The Project Executive provides oversite and daily management of the assigned project team. This position ensures the efficient operation in the areas of due diligence, design development, prime contract preparation, construction execution, project management and development. This position serves as liaison to PREMIER clients and is responsible for the successful implementation and execution of ongoing and future projects.

Responsibilities

  • Hires, directs and trains all personnel responsible in the areas of due diligence, preconstruction, construction execution and the closeout process.
  • Provides ongoing leadership, coaching, training and support for all project execution employees.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for PREMIER clientele, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversees preconstruction coordination and due diligence activities to ensure prospective projects are appropriately scoped, budgeted and scheduled providing the following:
  • Preparation of preliminary estimates and conceptual budget generation
  • Solicitation of proposals for design, engineering, survey and other services as required
  • Coordination of due diligence team
  • Dissemination of reports for client
  • Attending jurisdictional meetings as required in order to address construction related matters
  • Ensures appropriate number of staffing for project management and superintendent teams to meet or exceed budget and schedule forecasts.
  • Reviews, maintains and reports the schedule and financial status of assigned projects.
  • Coordinates the timely transfer of projects from the preconstruction to project management stage and oversees execution.
  • Oversees design development and contract administration functions that will uphold the Company's reputation for quality and client satisfaction while meeting or exceeding financial expectations.
  • Ensures designs adhere to preconstruction budgets and owner contract terms.
  • Oversees the securement of multidisciplinary trade contracts for civil, architectural and structural design, MEP, fire sprinkler, landscape and other trade contracts deemed necessary.
  • Manages all aspects of the construction process and ensures client satisfaction by providing accurate and timely client communication and problem resolution.
  • Represents the company professionally in internal and external business meetings.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
