The Project Executive – Public Sector is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and growing Montante Construction’s portfolio of public and government construction projects. This individual will serve as the primary relationship manager for municipal, county, and state clients across Western New York, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Executive will communicate closely with the Vice President, Chief Estimator, and General Superintendent and will lead project teams, drive business development within the public sector, and ensure compliance with all regulatory, procurement, and reporting requirements unique to public work.
