About The Position

This position supports the development and implementation of large energy projects across Iowa. The analyst manages project data, financials, reporting, documentation, and assists with contracts, budgeting, and communication throughout development and construction phases.

Requirements

• Financial analysis or project evaluation
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Occasional travel (approx. 10%)

Responsibilities

• Support multiple generation and energy-storage project development activities
• Gather, analyze, and report financial/project data (budgets, forecasts, accruals)
• Prepare reports, presentations, schedules, and SOPs
• Assist in contract development, administration, and vendor coordination
• Maintain project documents, invoices, contracts, real-estate records
• Support responses to landowners, government agencies, and internal/external requests
