We are looking for an experienced Project Estimator who can help us continue to achieve our vision by leading projects to success. Home Remodeling Pros is based out of Central PA. We offer completely customized Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements and Decks all designed by our sales consultants. Our company purpose is to make the customer experience as amazing as the outcome. WHO WE WANT: An individual with strong expertise in construction materials, techniques, and industry standards. A team member who displays excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software, such as PlanSwift or Bluebeam 3+ years of experience in home renovation, with a focus on bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodeling. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Present price quotes to customers in a way that highlights the value of their investment, while allowing them to see their project come to life. Engage with clients to understand their project goals, budget requirements, and design preferences, ensuring a collaborative approach to project planning. Collaborate with contractors to ensure the accurate and timely completion of projects, while maintaining quality standards and addressing any issues that arise. Oversee project budgets and timelines, adjusting resources and plans as needed to meet project goals and deadlines. Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to develop time, cost, and labor estimates including materials and equipment. WORKING CONDITIONS: Location: Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid remote work. Meeting clients in their homes and the showroom as well as occasional in-office meetings or collaboration sessions required. Travel can be within a 1hour radius Hours: Full-time, Flexible Schedule Ability to work weekends as needed. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive base salary plus commission.
