Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation
- Strong proficiency in Construction Estimating and associated tools
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem -solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in BIM or construction technology software is a plus
