About The Position

Join a leading architectural products manufacturer and installer, proudly serving the design and construction community since 1982. We specialize in sustainable, design-forward commercial and residential interior solutions from pre-construction estimating to expert installation. As the Senior Estimator, you’ll manage all aspects of the estimating process, from takeoffs to pricing to submittals, while building strong relationships across the construction community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial estimating experience (Division 10, wall protection, or window treatments preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam
• Expert in Excel, including complex formulas
• Proven ability to build relationships with general contractors
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator
• Positive, team-minded, client-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed estimates for commercial and large-scale window treatment projects from start to submittal
• Reviewing architectural drawings and specs
• Identifying and pricing product alternatives
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate handoffs and timelines
• Building and maintaining relationships with general contractors
