About The Position

We’re hiring a Window Treatment Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial and residential window treatment projects from estimating through installation. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in window treatments, interior finishes, or construction project management
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage window treatment projects from bid award through completion
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for shades, blinds, and custom treatments
• Coordinate installers, vendors, and material deliveries
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
