About The Position

The Project Estimator / Project Manager plays a dual role by supporting both the front‑end estimating process and the full lifecycle of project execution. This position is responsible for preparing accurate quotes, coordinating project documentation, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and information through production. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of estimating experience in the construction or production industry.
• Experience with aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, unitized facades, windows, doors, or steel construction.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute architectural and construction drawings and schematics.
• Understanding of hardware requirements (locks, cylinders, etc.).
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Customer service experience in an estimating role.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Dynamics 365, or specialized estimating software.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
