Requirements

Experience in commercial and residential excavation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to be trained in HCSS HeavyJob software.
Strong team player, flexible, and willing to take on multiple duties as needed.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and meet company requirements.
Ability to work long hours and in varying conditions.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interpret and understand project documents, including scope of work, terminology, and specifications.
Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate estimates.
Estimate material, labor, productivity, and equipment requirements for projects.
Develop preliminary construction schedules.
Foster and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.
Coordinate new project planning across internal departments.
