Requirements

• BS in Engineering/Engineering Technology, or comparable experience in lieu of degree
• Plus 7 years of closely related technical and project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops procedures, identifies required tools and materials, and assures other necessary preparations are in place to successfully complete the project.
• Defines and forecasts the necessary skills and work arrangements to support the objectives of the project.
• May provide direction to engineers, designers, engineering technicians and others who assist in completion of specific project assignments.
• Represents the Company in communication with other organizations to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work.
• Proposes plans and cost improvement programs that allow the project to achieve its business objectives.

Benefits

• Salary: $97,000-$131,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
