As a Project Engineering Associate Manager for the SEIT sustainment domain, you will be part of the Technical Integration Management (TIM) team for Systems Integration, within the SEIT directorate, supporting the Sustainment Chief Systems Engineer. Your scope will lead business operations, including resource planning and allocations, cost and schedule monitoring and reporting, and establishing and leading business rhythms for the SEIT sustainment domain. You will be responsible for: Leading a team of Project Engineers and Engineering Aides to coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and execution of business operations across the SEIT sustainment domain Establishing and maintaining relationships with teams across the SEIT sustainment domain, as well as finance and business operations, to ensure that program needs are integrated with decisions, activities, and planning Participate in program meetings and reviews, including design reviews, test reviews, and production readiness reviews, to ensure that business operations considerations are properly addressed Provide direct interaction with leadership on the status of projects, including identification of any risks, issues, and opportunities
