Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
Proficiencies in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Sales Management Associate (SMA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the management of daily operations and work closely with a team of operations professionals.
Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Participate in data analysis and reporting activities, offering insights for improvement.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet operational goals.
Monitor and control departmental budgets.
Make decisions to address operational challenges with guidance from superiors.
Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning.
Adapt to changing responsibilities and tasks as needed.
