Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
  • Proficiencies in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Sales Management Associate (SMA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of daily operations and work closely with a team of operations professionals.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in data analysis and reporting activities, offering insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet operational goals.
  • Monitor and control departmental budgets.
  • Make decisions to address operational challenges with guidance from superiors.
  • Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning.
  • Adapt to changing responsibilities and tasks as needed.
