The Project Engineer will coordinate, direct, and implement functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of projects. They will design, develop, and provide technical support to product lines. You will make an impact in this role by:

Requirements

Associate degree or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing Departments
Review Sales and Marketing information and/or customer requirements and advise on feasibility and estimated cost of the potential products.
Participate in the development of product catalogs and promotional literature.
Develop assembly and detail drawings, conceptual designs, Bills of Materials and perform respective hydraulic, stress and kinematics analysis.
Work with Lab personnel on product performance and verification tests, conducts tests if needed and analyze test results.
Check drawings and design work as needed.
Assist Materials Department in the selection of vendors.
Establish product acceptance criteria.
Work with vendors to ensure the most economical manufacturing processes and tooling.
Assist the Quality Department in the development of Procedures and Work Instructions.
Assist the Sales Department in solving field problems, clarifying customer requirements and technical product support.
