In this vital role, you will be a member of the Global Capital Project Team. The Project Engineer supports the GLAM(Global Lifecycle Asset management/East Region Portfolio Lead by managing key operating rhythms including calendars, meeting logistics, minutes, and action tracking to ensure strong execution and visibility across the portfolio. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Project management support for large capital projects in the East Region of the United States. Support GLAM portfolio transformation initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks/issues, and team member inputs. Assist with implementation and adoption of digital tools (requirements gathering, testing, training materials, rollout support). Develop and maintain reporting slide decks and executive presentations for governance and leadership reviews. Consolidate multi-functional updates into clear, concise status reporting and decision-ready summaries. Prepare and coordinate funding request packages, ensuring completeness, alignment to standards, and readiness for review/approval. Manage portfolio operating rhythms, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, agendas, and pre-reads. Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items; maintain action logs and drive follow-up to closure. Requirements

  • Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Engineering, Business Analyst, project management
  • Associate’s degree and 6 years of Engineering, Business Analyst, project management experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Engineering, Business Analyst, project management

  • Working under time pressure, and optimally in a team environment
  • Practical project management software and spreadsheet skills, proficient computer operation skills
