Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams.
  • Scrum master certification required
  • Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc)
  • This position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen and holds an Interim Secret security clearance to start.
  • The role is located at a facility that requires special access.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for guiding 2-3 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates
  • Facilitate all Scrum Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
  • Track team performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Ensure transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts, dashboards, etc
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols
