This role will offer you the following daily challenges: Join us as a Project Engineer, Sr. Staff for the FBM D5LE2 program where you will lead the strategic planning for Avionics, reporting to the Avionics Modernization Senior Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years of prior project management experience, as well as Control Account Management (CAM) experience.
  • Prior professional Project Engineering experience.
  • You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance , to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (engineering field or technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Prior Program Management experience
  • FBM program experience
  • Electronics Design and Manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) for all Avionics related Cost Model and Strategic Planning efforts.
  • Coordinate all inputs for Missile Strategic Planning (MSP) teams.
  • Serve as main Avionics POC for all program "What-ifs."
