About The Position

As Project Engineer with Imagine Pediatrics, you will manage strategic projects and special assignments, drive creative problem-solving and strategic thought leadership. You will:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree (MBA, MA in International Development or equivalent) preferred
  • 3-5 years combined experience in process improvement and process design
  • At least 2 years’ experience in project management especially for organizational wide and strategic/innovative/disruptive and business process engineering initiatives with a creative and adaptive mindset.
  • A track record of working with leadership on high-priority assignments and projects; exceptional presentation skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytics background; PowerPoint story building; advanced written communications, and cross-cultural communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to identify process problems and work with internal teams to remediate and deliver operational efficiencies, cost reduction, or quality improvements.
  • Facilitate rapid improvement events with cross functional internal teams to develop process, identify process issues, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the development and implementation of operational/high level projects and processes either through independent/highly autonomous work or through the enablement of work teams to further the effective and efficient completion of objectives.
  • Help facilitate improvement training for internal teams to build a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Identify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships between one’s area and other areas, teams, departments, and units to achieve business goals. Drive the promotion of teamwork within and between departments; participate in and facilitate department process improvements as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate large and complex datasets to drive decision making & change
