About The Position

Assigned to a specific area within the metro phoenix to complete project breakdown, budget, schedule and Procore administration. PE drives to gather information from the field (AM/ CM) on accuracy to milestone updates, production schedule and material allocations. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive clear communication daily with AM / CM and purchasing. Duties included but not limited to the following, please note that responsibilities are subject to change. Drive production pipeline with Area Manager based off COE dates. Meet or exceed weekly budget goal in all 4 Pillars. (Construction Pipeline) Lead communication to the AM/ CM for accurate reporting to jobsite updates. Push active project schedule to design team weekly, once all schedule details have been confirmed by CM/ AM. Push project information to purchasing and inventory to ensure JIT delivery, monitor lead times. Build relationship with all Crews / Sub-Contractors that operate within the designated region which you are assigned. Assist AM in accurate crew scheduling, which aligns with COE. Collaborate with AM executing Subcontractor contracts. ensure all progress payments match percentage of scope of work completed. Confirm material breakdowns are complete and loaded into Procore Project Folder Assist AMs with all milestone walks, to be loaded and match 2-week collections report. Scheduled Walks to be loaded min 10 business days (2 weeks) Weekly reporting to CE Management – Monday - goals and hot list, Friday – PE Tracker and forward plan agreed upon with Area Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to accurately breakdown a project and understand construction process
  • Knowledge in freight shipping and bulk materials ordering.
  • Perform with extreme accuracy and efficiency
  • Efficiency; ability to time manage throughout the day, navigating multiple tasks while systematically closing each task at 100% complete.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills, remove roadblocks which can impact production.
  • Resourceful; able to identify issues and approach with alternative solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Bilingual (Spanish)
  • 2 years in residential construction preferred
