Requirements
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Willingness to spend 12–18 months in the field learning operations firsthand
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred (all motivated candidates encouraged to apply)
- Genuine interest in mechanical construction and long-term career growth
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Project Managers and field leadership on active mechanical construction projects
- Support daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, materials procurement, and documentation
- Gain hands-on exposure to HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, and resolving field challenges
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Follow a clearly defined roadmap toward a Project Manager position
