Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Willingness to spend 12–18 months in the field learning operations firsthand
  • Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred (all motivated candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Genuine interest in mechanical construction and long-term career growth
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Project Managers and field leadership on active mechanical construction projects
  • Support daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, materials procurement, and documentation
  • Gain hands-on exposure to HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, and resolving field challenges
  • Develop leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Follow a clearly defined roadmap toward a Project Manager position
