The Project Engineer is responsible for equipment design, development, maintenance, record keeping and purchasing. Duties may include but are not limited to: Supporting production through work order requests; Developing and maintaining CADD drawings of existing and upcoming projects; Maintaining capital project purchasing records; Maintaining good working relationships with vendors; Management and coordination outside vendors associated with project and plant improvements; Assisting in resolving vendor quality and performance problems; Working closely with outside fabricators to ensure projects are done to the specifications of ES; Ensuring scales are maintained and calibrated as required The Project Engineer is responsible for Food Safety and will enforce GMPs, maintain a sanitary work environment, and ensure that products are produced to meet and comply with applicable specifications, food quality and safety requirements, and existing laws and regulations.
