We’re looking for a Project Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts—bringing innovative, high-performance components to life across medical, defense, aerospace, and general industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new product launches from concept through production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tooling, quality, and production teams
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during development
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability (DFM) and optimize for MIM processes
• Lead risk assessments, process validations, and continuous improvement efforts
• Translate engineering requirements into actionable manufacturing plans
