Project Engineer (Hilo)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineer to join our Hilo team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in construction or engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Willingness to travel to job sites and work in varied field conditions.
Nice To Haves
- PE license or CCM certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support throughout all phases of the project.
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and logs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Collaborate with field inspectors and project teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and permitting requirements.
