Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum Master or Project Management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven, hands-on experience with physical product innovation—including machinery implementations, production line changeovers, CapEx projects, and direct work with plant engineering and OEMs.
• Strong background in agile project management, with a passion for empowering teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work with global teams, including early morning hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies and keep a high-performing team focused, aligned, and moving forward.
• Own the end-to-end innovation and commercialization process , from concept to launch.
• Build and manage project timelines , ensuring on-time delivery even as priorities shift.
• Coach and empower your team , removing barriers and fostering a culture of rapid iteration and shared ownership.
• Tackle real-world challenges—machinery commissioning, production line adaptations, and factory builds—while collaborating with engineering and operations at the plant level.
• Track key metrics, document progress, and ensure full visibility for all stakeholders.
