Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or similar technical degree
Experience with project engineering or project management
Experience with hardware procurement
Experience coordinating cross-functional activities
Strong communication skills
US Citizen with Active TS clearance

Active TS/SCI Clearance
Familiarity with electronics design and/or manufacturing
SAP experience
EPDM experience
MS Project experience
Excel and pivot table experience
PowerPoint experience
Experience managing subcontracts
Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and multiple programs
Demonstrated Control Account Manager (CAM) experience, including managing program budgets, schedules, and resources.
