About The Position

MS Technology is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to support engineering and project execution activities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This role is responsible for coordinating technical work, supporting project planning and execution, and ensuring alignment between engineering teams, project management, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in project coordination, engineering support, and working in complex industrial or nuclear environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3–8 years of experience in engineering, project engineering, or project management
• Experience supporting projects in industrial, manufacturing, or regulated environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in nuclear, DOE, or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, or cost tracking
• Experience with equipment design, fabrication, or process systems
• Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and closeout activities across multiple projects
• Coordinate with engineering teams to track deliverables, schedules, and milestones
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Support preparation and review of technical documents, reports, and project deliverables
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
• Track project progress and identify risks, issues, and potential impacts to schedule or cost
• Support change management, including scope changes and documentation updates
• Assist with procurement coordination, vendor communication, and equipment tracking
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement efforts and process documentation
