About The Position

Join a team where your engineering skillset and customer‑focused mindset come together to create tailored hardware solutions for drive applications. In this role, you'll partner directly with product managers, business development managers, and customers to understand their requirements, propose value‑added engineering approaches, and design packaged solutions that meet industry standards and performance expectations. You'll work across multiple disciplines—from mechanical design and CAD modeling to prototype testing and production support—ensuring each solution is both technically sound and execution‑ready. If you thrive in a blend of hands‑on design, collaboration, and problem‑solving, this position offers the opportunity to lead meaningful engineering work from concept through implementation. You'll work a hybrid schedule out of our Mequon, WI facility and report to the Integrated Drives Business Hardware Development Manager.
