EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Project Engineer - Facilities SErives at Stanford Healthcare Center in Redwood City, CA. The Project Engineer (PE) leads key organization initiatives for the Stanford Health Care Facilities Services Site Support Services team. Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of project management on assigned projects, including, but not limited to, project scope, project schedule, project budget, project plans, facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, overseeing development, operational workflows, and implementation. Additionally, the Project Engineer directs participants in compliance and regulatory alignment efforts. The Project Engineer is responsible for identifying and resolving project issues, making sure the project progresses on schedule and on budget. The Project Engineer is the point of communication with stakeholders and is accountable for the project's success. The Project Engineer must have effective communication skills in acting as the liaison between the project team, subcontractors, customers, key stakeholders, and senior leadership. The Project Engineer has ultimate responsibility for project delivery. The Project Engineer may direct the project / senior project coordinator (PC or Sr. PC) to expedite project related tasks. #EGS #LI-NS1
