Construction Services - Fehr Graham What you’ll do Fehr Graham is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Project Engineer to join our Monroe, WI office. In this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, serving as the on-site engineer and primary liaison between contractors, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience with WisDOT and/or IDOT projects, a strong understanding of civil construction practices, and a passion for delivering quality infrastructure improvements. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful transportation and municipal projects across Wisconsin and northern Illinois, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with all applicable standards and specifications.
