The goal of the Hope Project is to improve mental health outcomes for children and youth at risk for or with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and to bring new hope through its comprehensive and early intervention approach for the children, youth, and their families. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hope Project, performing general management functions to include project planning & development, personnel management, and assisting with or performing budgeting and procurement of funds management. This position is responsible for ensuring the implementation and coordination of new treatment services including Outpatient, Day & Home-Based Treatment, and Recovery Services using an Athabascan Recovery Model that integrates culturally specific principles and groups into treatment.
