Responsibilities

• estimating, closing, and managing restoration projects, essentially functioning as the "quarterback"
• ensure budgets and projects remain on track through completion
• working directly with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties impacted by disasters, developing cost estimates for restoration, services
• meeting and exceeding sales goals, overseeing revenue production
• developing and maintaining project profit margins, and proactively managing accounts receivable and collections
• networking and client entertainment, alongside strong estimating proficiency and a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction through continuous communication with all stakeholders and internal teams
