About The Position

The Project Director for nuclear engineering services and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects manages all aspects of complex EPC and service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, and quality. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Own EPC project execution for small modular reactor (SMR) deployment, including phased project execution of engineering, procurement, and construction scope with accountability for performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Establish strategies for constructability, design maturity, procurement, and execution planning. Construct, manage, and lead large multidisciplinary teams, including global resources and project managers. Coordinate and integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities, including third‑party contributors. Set expectations and actively promote a strong nuclear and industrial safety culture. Identify, develop, and deliver new and repeat business opportunities, including participation in key contract negotiations with client executives. Clearly communicate and manage risk associated with cost and schedule estimates. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

  • Experience with Nuclear power projects.
  • Engineering Services or EPC Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
