About The Position

As a Project Designer, you work on several projects simultaneously, bringing them from initial concepts to final production. This role primarily supports the Primal Hatch brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic and interactive toy design and development.

Responsibilities

Participate in product brainstorming and new concept ideation
Research and interpret current market and consumer trends
Participate in concept development for existing brands and new areas of expansion
Creation of 2-D renderings and specifications, and oversee 3-D model making for developing product through to production.
Participate in assessment of design concept feasibility (e.g. cost, schedule, manufacturability & safety)
Liaise closely with Marketing, Quality Assurance, Visual Branding and Product Development teams during the product’s life cycle
Create compelling presentations and pitch to the executive level of the organization
Participate in product strategy development and the creation of innovative slots and rationale for existing brands
