About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating project submittals and creating project schedules to support timely procurement, installation of materials, equipment, and labor forecasting. This position plays a critical role in aligning engineering, procurement, and field operations with project milestones to ensure successful execution of construction projects. A key responsibility of this role is to assist in identifying, analyzing, and communicating schedule impacts resulting from design changes, procurement delays, scope revisions, or field conditions. The Project Coordinator supports the project team by maintaining accurate schedule data, forecasting potential delays, and helping to develop recovery plans that minimize disruption to critical path activities. This position plays a central role in keeping the project team informed and ensuring that schedule and submittal processes are effectively integrated to support successful project delivery.
