About The Position

Bà ŒK Modern is an architectural metal systems company based in downtown San Rafael, operated by architects and industrial/product designers. We specialize in ultra-modern architectural metal systems for balcony guardrails, stair guardrails, wall screens, canopies and fencing among multiple other solutions. You will be participating in a wide variety of national and international landmark projects, working with top architecture firms. Our products are contemporary and cutting edge. Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience with issuing purchase orders, coordinating schedule and shipping logistics
• Must have Salesforce/CRM experience
• Knowledge of logistics in the manufacturing industry, including process and shipping
• Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing is a plus
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
• BuilderTrend experience a plus
• Must be excellent with numbers
• Experience with project management software a plus
• Must be able to perform under pressure and deadlines
• Must be able to think outside the box for solutions
• Must excel in time management
• Must have people skills to communicate with multiple vendors under various situations
• Must be organized, punctual and a self-starter
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing
• BuilderTrend experience
• Experience with project management software

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day administrative needs
• Issue purchase orders
• Schedule with fabricators and clients
• Coordinate with shippers nationwide
• Perform data entry in Salesforce
• Keep sample inventory
• Track client approvals
